Will you look at that, The Cossacks are 3-0 with the high avg. in the league. That has got to make most of you just sick. There a few teams in this league that I look forward to dismantling more than others. The manatees are near or on top of the list. Coach Ratliff and Haruff must have known they couldn't possibly match wits with mighty coach Maze. From the totals the manatees put up it looks like they left half of their team home. Which probably would have been a good idea, considering the beating that they endured. Don't worry guys , I get to come to your home next time The problem is the mighty Cossacks will have more where that came from.

The Bandits maintain their perfect record by defeating the powerless Demons 59 -45. Coach Erdman was furious when he saw they were 14 pt. Underdogs this week. He considered it a slap in the face, and a pure lack of respect for his team. Well Al was right on 14 pts , so this odds maker must know what he's talking about. I think next week a double digit spread will be in order again. Coach Dotson was happy to see A. Smith finally have a breakout game. On a more sour note, he lost Anderson for the year, but he is very happy that he made him his franchise player.

The Hitmen seem to have gotten any coaching problems behind them, they seem to working now as one. The activation of RB pitman off the suspended list could prove to be a huge boost to this team. Faulk , as usual blew up , proving once again that barring injury he is the #1 fantasy player in the league. They really didn't need much this week because they were playing the Death. This death team just doesn't seem to have much firepower. I am going to go out on a limb and make a record prediction for the death , 3-10, and that might be generous. Sorry Jeff that's just what I see.

Its a good the thing for the rest of the league that the eagles don't play the cowboys every week. We might never stand a chance against the hummers. They have the Phil. Te/k/def who provided 48 of the new season high 107 points. That 48 would have beaten 3 teams this week by themselves. RB Tomlinson looks to be the early season steal of the draft. Every year some rookie emerges as a fantasy stud, and it looks as though we have found him. His running style reminds a lot of people of a young E. Smith . The cows have been getting consistent numbers from GB's QB's but not much else. Rice had a great week, how come he never did that for me last year.

Poor McSwain, 0-4 in college and 1-2 in pro. Everyone says your team looks great on paper. A lot of good that does you. I'm assuming you would rather have them look good on the field. Maybe they will come around a perform to expectations before the year is over. A 51 - 51 win this week, someone please tell me how the destroyers are 2-1? They have the next to lowest average in the league, have had three injuries to RB's , and still manage to win. Eventually the odds have to catch up to him if he to continues to score at this pace.

The fish's top picks were both rb's, and this week they had a two, two. No , not a tu-tu, but they performed like they both had on tutus. They both ran like ballerinas this week. The fish got 16 from their kicker, and still only managed 41. That is pretty sad for a team that expected to contend this year. Rb Martin of the Jets once again leads the Machine. Frank was quite pleased to beat his x roommate Sturken. Conway was a decent free-agent pick-up, but Anderson has yet to to perform to expectations. He could have traded Anderson for a Quality WR last week, but I'm sure that offer no longer stands.

In the only game yet to be decided going into Monday night , the Wapati pulled it out over the Luck, 59-55. If te Becht could catch, the outcome could have been different. The luck seems to be the Jeckel & Hide team of the year. You just don't know what you are going to get. I'm sure Alford was loving watching RB Holmes go for 3 TD's on his bench.

I'm saving the most entertaining story of the week for last. Believe it or not, the bombers are 2-1 , with 3 top 8s, don't ask me how. The main story is however about how the Maulers lost. They needed 14 pts from Phl. QBs to get the tie and a win Sunday night. They got 12 right off the bat, and the Maulers could all but put this one in the win column. With a Quarter and a half to go they still needed to get 20 yds for the bonus, and the needed two pts for the win. Mike actually called me and said he is quitting if he cant get 20 yds in that amount of time. Well I just want to know if the retirement papers have been filed to the league office yet. The Eagles went into the stall and handed off time and time again. This sent the coaches from Cal. into a brewing frenzy. One hand off after another slowing took the life out of these coaches. Things don't get any easier this week , as they face the machine who are suddenly on a roll.

I'm still waiting for someone to be a guest writer for the Cossack Report.
